End your week feeling restored and realigned with a morning of Restorative Yoga & Reiki. Restorative Yoga is the practice of releasing tension with passive yoga poses (asanas) and gravity while being supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. The body and mind are allowed time to enter a state of relaxation that improves our natural healing abilities.
