Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
1-on-1 sessions to build a complete healing program for each individual. We’ll use a combination of yoga, meditation, breath work, sound, and reiki.
Group Classes and Events
Group yoga classes, reiki, sound baths, and occasional retreats held online and in-person around Richmond, VA.

About Us
Live Well’s founder and primary practitioner Heather Chumley-Jones, MSRPT, RYT 500, C-IAYT was introduced to yoga while attending college at VCU in 1996 and has been practicing both yoga and meditation ever since.
