Yoga Therapy offers and includes yoga, breath work, meditation, and philosophy. Each session is specific to your needs. Let’s focus on breath work to remove blockages, meditation to improve focus, yoga to develop flexibility of the mind and body, and philosophy to awaken and challenge our thought patterns.

1-on-1 sessions to build a complete healing program for each individual. We’ll use a combination of yoga, meditation, breath work, sound, and reiki.
Events and Retreats
Group yoga classes, reiki, sound baths, and occasional retreats held online and in-person .
