About

Heather Jones

MSRPT, RYT 500, C-IAYT

I was attending college in 1996 when my meditation instructor introduced me to yoga as a way to help me focus and sit still. I have been practicing both yoga and meditation ever since.

Yoga has had an amazing, powerful impact on my life. I have learned to manage stress, remain calm in stressful situations, stay grounded in joy and gratitude, and give back to the community whenever I can.
